Moalim Javeed

Moalim Javeed leads Avenor's early-stage biomedical research and product development.

Overview

EMCIM is an AI-powered, non-invasive cardiac monitoring platform developed under the Feyman brand. It combines electrocardiography and seismocardiography to analyze the heart's electrical and mechanical activity for earlier detection, continuous monitoring, and precision cardiac care.

Mission

Transform healthcare through biotechnology, precision medicine, and AI-driven innovation that improves access, outcomes, and quality of life.

Challenge and Solution

Conventional ECG-led monitoring may not fully capture mechanical cardiac function, while advanced diagnostics can be expensive and hospital-dependent. EMCIM combines electrical and mechanical cardiac signals with AI to support earlier diagnosis, predictive risk assessment, and portable monitoring.

Early Constraints and Strategy

The venture faces limited research funding, specialized-equipment needs, clinical-data access, regulatory complexity, and multidisciplinary team-building. Its strategy emphasizes phased prototyping, academic and clinical collaboration, intellectual-property protection, and validation before commercialization.

Milestones and Impact

The team conceived EMCIM, completed an initial feasibility study and technology design, defined the AI-enabled monitoring framework, established the Feyman brand, and began product architecture and IP planning. The intended impact is more accessible, continuous, and precise cardiovascular monitoring.

Future Plans

Build and validate the first working prototype, secure intellectual property, conduct clinical validation, obtain regulatory approvals, launch pilots, and expand into a portfolio of AI-powered biomedical and digital-health solutions.
